The waterless carwash stuff is nothing new...companies like Turtle Wax, Mothers, Maguire's all have similar products. Hot rodders use it to polish their cars before a show...it's good at removig dust (say if you keep your car in a relatively clean garage), but anything more and you're gonna be grabbing the hose like everyone else.
