I'm writing from the mercifully provided WiFi connection at Prentice Women's Hospital in Chicago.
At 8:58 a.m. CST today, Leticia and I welcomed little Zara Blue into the world. 8 lbs 13 oz, 21" long, and with a prodigious pair of lungs.
At this moment, Zara is napping peacefully on Mommy's lap while Bones reruns mewl in the background.
From here on out, everything changes. And it's going to be wonderful.
Yes, I agree......Your life has changed forever........but in such a wonderful way......Little Zara is in your heart forever. Love, Mom

Little Zara's ears must've been burning. Arlene just asked me when Leticia was due, probably right around the time you were in delivery. Now, that's a pretty cool kind of spooky.
You're going to hear it over and over again (and I'm sure you already have at this point), but your lives are now forever changed. No more Bones reruns for you. It's Netflix or nothin'. ;-)
Congratulations, you three! I couldn't be happier for you guys.
